Booking Policy

• Advance Payment Required: All bookings require 30% advance payment to confirm your appointment. The advance is non-refundable but can be adjusted for rescheduling (subject to availability).
• Trial Sessions: Bridal packages include one complimentary trial session. Additional trials are chargeable at ₹3,000 per session. Trial sessions must be booked at least 15 days before the event date.
• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and written confirmation from our team via email or WhatsApp.

Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), Bank Transfer, and Credit/Debit Cards. Full payment must be completed before or on the day of service.
• Service Rates: All service rates displayed are exclusive of GST. Tax will be added as applicable. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services requested outside our standard offerings, early morning or late-night appointments, or last-minute bookings (within 48 hours).

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations made 7+ days before appointment: Advance amount will be adjusted to future bookings. Cancellations within 7 days: Advance amount is forfeited. Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of total service charge will be applicable.
• Rescheduling Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled once without any charges if requested 3+ days in advance. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee of ₹1,000.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the full service charge will be applicable and no refund will be provided.

Service Guidelines

• Service Duration: Estimated service durations are approximate. Bridal makeup typically takes 3-4 hours, party makeup 1.5-2 hours. Please allocate sufficient time for your appointment.
• Products & Materials: We use only premium, branded, and skin-safe makeup products from international brands. All products are regularly sanitized and maintained to the highest hygiene standards.
• Allergies & Skin Sensitivity: Please inform us about any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities during booking. We recommend a patch test 48 hours before your appointment if you have sensitive skin.
• Client Preparation: Please come with a clean, moisturized face. Avoid facial treatments, threading, or waxing 24 hours before your appointment. Arrive 15 minutes early for bridal makeup.
• Touch-Up Kit: A complimentary touch-up kit (lipstick, compact, tissues) is provided with bridal packages. Additional products can be purchased separately.

Travel & Location

• Travel Charges - Delhi NCR: Services within Delhi NCR: Travel charges of ₹500-₹2,000 depending on distance. Free travel for bridal packages booked within 15km radius.
• Outstation Services: For services outside Delhi NCR, travel and accommodation charges apply. These will be communicated and agreed upon during booking. Minimum 2-day advance booking required for outstation.
• Destination Weddings: For destination weddings or multi-day events, please contact us for custom packages. Travel, accommodation, and per-day charges will be discussed and quoted separately.

General Terms

• Conduct & Behavior: We expect all clients to be respectful and courteous. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect towards our artist will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
• Photography & Videography: We reserve the right to photograph our work for portfolio purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise. Client images may be used on social media and marketing materials with permission.
• Liability: While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions if proper disclosure was not made during booking. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party products brought by clients.
• Service Guarantee: We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us immediately during the session so we can make necessary adjustments. Post-service complaints will not be entertained.
• Weather Conditions: In case of extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances preventing service delivery, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
• Privacy Policy: All personal information shared during booking is kept confidential and used only for service delivery and communication. We do not share client information with third parties.
